Warranty & Returns
We have a two-year warranty policy in the event of a technical malfunction. We will repair or exchange the product free of charge if it malfunctions within two years of purchase. The SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) uses the BATTERYBOKS which is also compatible with the SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 2) and the SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 1). The battery lasts for 40 hours on mid-range volume and on maximum volume for 5 hours. This was tested using Spotify top 45 on repeat using bluetooth. Read our full article.
Is the SOUNDBOKS waterproof?
The SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) is not waterproof, however all internal electrical components are coated to comply with an IP65 rating. The SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) is also designed to withstand temperatures from 14 to + 104 °F (-10 to +40 °C) and elements such as rain, sand, and the occasional beer spill. Read our full article.

Using SKAA technology, the revolutionary SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) is changing the game with a wireless SKAA network, which allows up to five SOUNDBOKS (Gen. 3) speakers to connect.
